PROGRAM:  Provides financial assistance and information and referral to people affected by cancer and their families.

Appointments are normally scheduled 8:30 am – 4:30 pm on Tuesdays.

INTAKE:  Call, email, or walk-in for application and appointment.  Referrals from doctors and treatment centers are accepted.                                                                       

ELIGIBILITY:  A person must have a confirmed cancer diagnosis, must be in active treatment, and must reside in Sandusky County.

SERVICE AREA:  Sandusky County only                                                                                                       

• Mission – To improve the quality of life for Sandusky County individuals and their families, affected by cancer.                                               

• Services – Financial assistance can be offered in the areas of transportation costs, wigs, prosthesis, medications, co-payments and medical bills, nutritional supplements, and, on a “case by case” basis, other basic needs.  Information about and referrals to other available services are also provided.
